The study of a cross-sectional descriptive study to review the training needs diabetic patients referred to the Diabetes Centre of Hamedan city in Iran. The study of all diabetic patients was referred to Hamadan, the census method for 6 months were studied. Information gathering tool was a questionnaire form.
